Saturday - 1
Please pray for Rudi Wiens, FEBC's Russian Ministries Director, as he provides leadership for the entire ministry. This month Rudi plans to visit Moscow and St. Petersburg. Pray for safe travels and his work with FEBC staff in these cities.
Sunday - 2
Please pray for Russian president Vladimir Putin to continue to permit religious freedom in Russia. Putin served in the Soviet KGB for 20 years.
Monday - 3
Nadezda from Tumen region writes: "I became a Christian through your broadcast and started to attend church. My husband Gena is a very good person but doesn't believe in God. We love each other but it's difficult for me to live with a non-believer. Please pray that God will touch my husband's heart and save him."
Tuesday - 4
"We live in a small city and just planted a new church. During the service we listen to FEBC programs. Many non-believers come to our church to listen to your broadcasts. Please pray that they will become Christians." Aleksey from Udmurtia.
Wednesday - 5
"I was born into a Muslim family. When I started to listen to FEBC programs, I accepted Jesus into my heart. My parents don't want to listen to me when I try to talk to them about your broadcasts. Please pray that my parents will find the right way and one day serve the Lord." Lena from Kazan, Tatarstan.
Thursday - 6
"My husband is an amateur radio enthusiast. He told me about FEBC broadcasts, and I started to listen to them. Your programs became a part of my life. It is a fresh air for my soul. I accepted Jesus in my heart and want to be baptized as soon as possible because I am seriously ill and could die. Please pray that God will heal my heart." Svetlana from Chuvashia.
Friday - 7
Tatiana from Khabarovsk writes: "Dear friends, after listening to your programs at a Christian rehab center, I became a Christian. Please pray that God will restore my family, and my husband will accept Jesus."
Saturday - 8
"Please pray for our son Aleksandr. He is tormented by constant fear and can't sleep. Your programs help him a lot. Thank you! Pray that God will heal Aleksandr." Lidia from Moscow.
Sunday - 9
Please pray for Ludmila Akhterova, an FEBC children's program producer. Many children have accepted Jesus as their Savior through her broadcasts and now attend Sunday school. Please also pray for these new young believers.
Monday - 10
Please pray for Victor Akhterov, the Program Director of FEBC Russian Ministries, as he trains broadcasters in Moscow and St. Petersburg this month. Pray that God would continue to bring many into the Kingdom through the ministry of FEBC in Russia.
Tuesday - 11
Please pray for Ludmila Genrikh, an FEBC broadcaster in Novosibirsk. Many teenagers who were drug addicts came to know the Lord through Ludmila's programs. Please pray that these young people will grow in their faith.
Wednesday - 12
"Please pray for my two granddaughters, Masha and Karina, whose parents forbid them to listen to FEBC, thinking that religion is dangerous." Viktor from St. Petersburg. Also pray that society as a whole will see a need to be closer to God.
Thursday - 13
"Please pray for my son Vitali. He became seriously ill in the army and was released from the military. Now we listen to FEBC broadcasts together. Pray that God will heal Vitali." Tatiana from Perm region.
Friday - 14
After listening to the "Pastor's Hour" program Ludmila called the FEBC studio in Moscow and asked us to pray for her. Our staff prayed for Ludmila and invited her to an evangelical church. After they prayed, Ludmila's pain disappeared and she was healed. Please pray that Ludmila will accept Jesus as her Savior.
Saturday - 15
"Your ministry is of tremendous help to those of us who are missionaries. We use your broadcasts as a support system to reach many for Christ." Pastor Alexandr from Bashkiria, central Russia. Pray that many from Bashkir will be saved as a result of this joint effort.
Sunday - 16
Please pray that God will continue to bless FEBC Russian Ministries financially, so we will able to reach more Russian people for the Lord. Also pray for those non-believers who listen to FEBC broadcasts and are on their way to salvation.
Monday - 17
Vladimir called the FEBC studio in Khabarovsk: "I am 45 years old, and I am very sorry that all these years I lived without Jesus. Today when I was listening to your program I repented of my sins and accepted Jesus Christ into my heart. Thank you!" Praise God for Vladimir!
Tuesday - 18
Please pray for Denis Kozlov, a very talented programmer in St. Petersburg. Denis produces programs for young listeners. Many non-believers became Christians through Denis' broadcasts. Pray for them as well.
Wednesday - 19
Please pray for FEBC listeners throughout the former Soviet Union who listen to our programs from the island of Saipan. For many listeners in different villages and small cities, Saipan programs are their only church. Pray that many people will find freedom in Christ through Saipan broadcasts.
Thursday - 20
"I began to listen to FEBC three years ago. Today I am a member of a great church, where I was recently baptized. Thank you for your ministry. I am a child of God because of FEBC." Anton from Khabarovsk. Praise God for new believers. Pray for God to
multiply the harvest of souls in Russia.
Friday - 21
"Dear friends, I came to know the Lord through FEBC broadcasts, but my wife is not a Christian. Sometimes she leaves the family for many days without explanation. Please pray that God will change my wife, and all my family will serve the Lord." Sergei from Moscow.
Saturday - 22
Pray for Viktor Kurilenko and FEBC's plans to open an FM station in Slavyansk, Ukraine. Especially pray for Ukrainian bureaucrats who will be making the decision to allow this station to operate.
Sunday - 23
Please pray for the possibility to build an FM station in the city of Ussuriysk. Pray that God's Word will be proclaimed in this city that has a sizable prison
population.
Monday - 24
"Your family-oriented programs helped me to get control of my son. They also helped me begin understanding God." Svetlana from Navoi, Uzbekistan. Pray for FEBC listeners in Uzbekistan.
Tuesday - 25
"Thank you for your wonderful programs that help me in my ministry. I am a missionary in Moldova. Very often people don't want to hear the good news about salvation. Pray that God will open their hearts, and they will be saved." Andrei from Moldova.
Wednesday - 26
Please pray for Oleg Bindasov, FEBC manager in Moscow as he has many ministry responsibilities. Pray that God will continue to bless his work with our Moscow staff.
Thursday - 27
"I became a Christian because of FEBC radio. I love your broadcasts and receive so much support from it. Please pray for my son. He doesn't respect his parents and is very willful. Pray that he will accept Jesus into his heart." Vera from Moscow.
Friday - 28
"I began listening to your programs in prison and God completely transformed my heart. With God's help and FEBC at my side, I'll follow Him for the rest of my life!" Eduard from St. Petersburg. Pray for thousands of prisoners who listen to FEBC.
Saturday - 29
Please pray for Evgeny Sarapulov, an FEBC broadcaster in Moscow. Evgeny is working on a special program that addresses the ever-popular question: what is real love? Since AIDS is such a huge problem, many Russian youth are ready to consider a Bible-based route to building a healthy family. Pray that God will bless this program and many people will receive help through Evgeny's broadcasts.
Sunday - 30
Please pray for Tatyana from St. Petersburg, whose father has committed suicide. Tatyana found the Lord through FEBC and needs prayer support.
